FONA Account Executives are key to our success with their primary role being growth of the business though effective management of new and existing customers, contacts, and business opportunities. Candidates for our Account Executive positions should have experience in selling to the Confection, Beverage, Grain, and Nutraceutical markets. Strong relationships skills across both technical and procurement professionals are essential. Individuals should be highly motivated, self starters who are forward thinking problem solvers with excellent contacts and strong work ethics Strong communication and strategic selling skills are a necessity. The positions typically require >60% travel and are home-office based.

Flavorist
As one of the leading flavor and solutions providers to the food and beverage industry, FONA is continually seeking experienced flavorists to join our team. Our strong service model, coupled with our creativity and solutions approach, consistently yield double-digit growth year-on-year. FONA flavorists are key to our success — their primary role being the creation of innovative and winning flavor solutions for our customers. Proficiency in flavor chemistry is required, and candidates must demonstrate a thorough understanding of ingredients and raw material sourcing. Candidates must also demonstrate expertise in fruit/sweet-brown flavor development and possess strong computer and project management skills. Certification in the Society of Flavor Chemists is heavily preferred.
Applicants should be highly motivated self-starters who work well in a collaborative team environment. Strong relationship and communication skills across all R&D and business functions are essential. This position requires minimal travel.
