Flavor 101 Course

Flavor University

Created in 1996, the Flavor 101^® course is designed to demonstrate the art and science of flavor creation and application. There is no cost for attending the seminar—your only expense is travel and lodging.

The Flavor 101^® course is a complete introduction to flavors, covering topics that include:

Descriptors
Flavor analysis
Trends
Labeling
QA
Flavor Types

This one and a half-day course is held at our state-of-the-art, worldwide headquarters located in Geneva, IL. It begins at 1:00 p.m. on day one, continues through an early dinner where a featured speaker will address a current food industry trend, then reconvenes from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on day two.

Completion of Flavor 101^® is recommended as preparation for our 201 level courses.
