Flavor 101® course is designed to demonstrate the art and science
of flavor creation and application. There is no cost for attending
the seminar—your only expense is travel and lodging. |
The Flavor 101® course is a complete introduction
to flavors, covering topics that include:
- Flavor creation
- Application Interaction
- Descriptors
- Flavor analysis
- Trends
- Labeling
- QA
- Flavor Types
This one and a half-day course is held at our state-of-the-art,
worldwide headquarters located in Geneva, IL. It begins at 1:00 p.m. on
day one, continues through an early dinner where a featured
speaker will address a current food industry trend, then
reconvenes from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on day two.
Completion of Flavor 101® is recommended as preparation for our 201 level courses.
