The Savory Flavor 201® course is an advanced technical seminar that gives attendees a comprehensive look at the distinctive characteristics of savory flavors and the unique challenges posed by the applications that use them.

The use of savory flavors has become increasingly important to product developers, as consumers are becoming more dependent on quick meal solutions and products that can deliver a restaurant quality taste with minimal preparation time. This course helps display when, where and how to use savory flavors to develop the best product in the shortest amount of time.

This one and a half-day course is held at our state-of-the-art, worldwide headquarters located in Geneva, IL. It begins at 1:00 p.m. on day one, continues through an early dinner where a featured speaker will address a current food industry trend, then reconvenes from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on day two.
