In April of 2005, FONA International moved into its 82,000 square foot, state-of-the-art worldwide headquarters located in Geneva, IL. Sitting on 23 acres of land, our Geneva facility was built with a vision of future growth, a commitment to hold true to our values, and a pursuit to expand our capabilities.

Research and Development
- Two full sweet application laboratories equipped with a full line of bakery and confectionary equipment, including the capability to tablet and pan
- A distinct savory application area equipped with restaurant grade equipment including ovens, ranges, deep fat fryers, and fume hoods
- Eight fully equipped flavor development labs and the ability to create four more labs in the future
- An air handling system within each laboratory area
- Fully isolated sensory lab for testing of products
- A full-scale pilot plant available for large-scale commercial test runs and for commercializing new technologically advanced products for FONA's FONATECH®product line.
Manufacturing
- Over triple the manufacturing capacity from our Carol Stream facility
- Separate manufacturing areas for liquid compounds, powder blending, reaction technology and portion packs
- A separate spray drying area with two brand new spray driers that can produce in excess of 100,000 pounds of spray dry flavor per week
- Excess capacity available at all times for any last minute flavor needs you may have
- Limited access into the manufacturing plant and raw material storage areas for added security
FONA Center
- 325 person capacity
- 12’ x 9’ rear projection screen
- Internet access
- Full culinary kitchen located directly outside the auditorium
- Available to industry organizations to host their events as well as to the community for local activities
