FONA International Honored as one of the Nation’s Best and Brightest in Wellness
Geneva, IL, December 18th, 2020 –
FONA International, family-owned creator and manufacturer of complete flavor solutions, has been recognized as a 2020 National Best and Brightest in Wellness winner by the National Association for Business Resources (NABR). The Best and Brightest in Wellness® celebrates excellence in health awareness by recognizing organizations that promote a culture of wellness to make their business and community a healthier place to live and work. FONA was evaluated by an assessment that looked at quantitative and qualitative data. Each survey was scored on a point system based upon criteria to benchmark and improve wellness program effectiveness. They include outcomes, analysis, tracking, participation & incentives, benefits and programs, leadership, employee input, culture and environment. FONA is among one of 66 organizations across the country that are being honored as winners from this year’s fall applicants.
