Amy McDonald, President

As FONA’s president, Amy leads FONA’s efforts on all fronts, including the push to record-setting growth and performance while balancing and rebalancing the needs of the FONA triangle (customers, employees and stakeholders.) Amy has nearly 30 years of experience in the food industry, and has continually been an essential influence on FONA’s award-winning (and people-focused) culture. An energizing force, she keeps FONA focused on “what’s next,” especially innovative programs and processes to serve customer needs. She delivers consistent revenue growth and has a proven track record of new business relationships and opportunities. TJ Widuch, Executive Vice President

As Executive Vice President, TJ leads multiple teams focused on growth, and he does it with an unparalleled level of experience, thanks to serving in every facet of the business at one time or another. TJ was the company’s fourth employee in 1987. During his 30+ years with the company, he’s immersed himself in roles from production to sales, customer service to technical. As a result, TJ understands and serves both FONA and the flavor industry like no one else can. TJ is instrumental to FONA’s growth both domestically and internationally.

 

Manon Daoust, Executive Vice President

Before becoming Executive Vice President in 2017, Manon led FONA’s Beverage Business Unit for two years as Vice President, leading the business unit to outstanding growth and innovation. Known for her exceptional track record for results, Manon has a laser focus on the market and unique approaches to customers’ challenges. She is instrumental in executing the future vision and leading overall growth efforts for FONA.

 

Jeremy Thompson, Executive Vice President

Jeremy is a member of FONA’s Executive Leadership Team and responsible for growing FONA’s business and talent through strategic vision, creative approaches and a passion for customer-centric growth.  Jeremy has more than 20 years of experience in the flavor and food ingredients industries.  He’s held general management roles in large scale, global businesses as well as functional leadership roles in strategic innovation, marketing, purchasing, and accounting among others, displaying incredible adaptability and growth focus.

 

Ron Fogel, Executive Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain

Ron is the executive lead for FONA’s Order Fulfillment group, which includes Operations, Procurement, Customer Service and Product Safety & Quality. His focus is delivering operational excellence, while ensuring the highest levels of product quality and employee safety. He leads efforts for continuous improvement, optimizing systems and processes, capital investment strategies, 24/7 audit readiness and defect-free product quality. Ron has more than 25 years of relevant experience in Operations, Manufacturing and Supply Chain in the food, flavors and ingredients industries, with 10 years in executive leadership roles.

 

Chad Hall, Vice President of Accounting and Finance

With a robust background in accounting and finance, Chad leads Corporate Services functions by taking a consultative approach to align people, best practices, and technologies at FONA. He works to effectively design and execute value-added processes as well as provide timely, efficient, and insightful analysis to the business, with the goals of enabling results and enhancing FONA Enterprise Value.
